ACT Consumer Solutions was established to provide individuals and businesses with the tools and knowledge needed to overcome credit challenges and achieve long-term financial health. Founded by Barbara Tolliver, a resilient and determined woman of color, our company is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, regardless of their financial background.
Barbara’s journey into the credit consulting world was driven by my personal experiences in the trucking industry. As an aspiring entrepreneur in a field dominated by financial constraints, Barbara faced numerous obstacles due to my credit challenges. Determined to turn my situation around, I was dedicated in understanding the intricacies of credit management. Through relentless self-education and perseverance, I not only improved my own credit but also unlocked the door to funding and business success.

Analyzing the Updated Reports
After the updated reports have come back in from the suppliers, we will go over them once again to verify the inaccurate, unverifiable or misleading was removed or updated.
Challenging the Bureaus
Once we have identified all of the information that is not verifiable, inaccurate or misleading, we input it into our system. This allows us to begin the challenging process.
Credit Education
During the credit restoration process, we will provide you with information and the education you need to continue raising your credit score.

This allows us to pull your credit report and track your progress during your credit journey (deletions, score changes, new accounts, etc).
